What's included in the $99 four-week trial?

Your four-week trial includes a day-one fitness assessment, unlimited 30-minute classes across every schedule slot, the P2T Reset Meal Guide ($49 value), weekly 15-minute check-ins with the owner, and before-and-after measurements. Everything we do for full members, in a four-week window. First-time clients only.

I haven't worked out in years. Is this for me?

Yes. Every class has a Beginner option and a Moderate option. The day-one assessment matches you to the right intensity. Most members start at the beginner level for the first 2-3 weeks, then ramp into moderate as their conditioning catches up. The coaching is the difference, not the difficulty.

What if I miss a class?

Reschedule up to two hours before start time without penalty. Multiple sessions every weekday plus Saturday means the schedule fits around your life.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. P2T Prime monthly memberships require 30 days written notice to cancel. The four-week trial is one-time with no auto-renewal, so no cancellation is needed.
